INSULATED GLASS WARRANTY - Glass Therapy glass units (IG’s) carry a five Year warranty against seal failure from the date of manufacture. This warranty covers any material obstruction of vision resulting from dust, moisture or film formations on the internal surfaces of the glass which are caused by a failure of the seal due to improper manufacturing.
Glass Therapy will provide any defective units to the homeowner at no cost during the first year period.
After the first year, the glass unit will be supplied to the homeowner at no cost; however a labor cost of $75.00 will be assessed for the installation.
All insulated glass units are inspected prior to pick up. Our company warrants that the goods, which it has supplied, will be fit for the particular purpose of use expressed by the buyer. All products are purchased from proven manufacturers and fabricated within industry guidelines.
Glass Therapy warrants all workmanship for one year. QIG reserves the sole right to inspect the unit in question and determine in their discretion whether any conditions exist which would void the warranty. The warranty will be void if the unit has been:
There are no other warranties that extend beyond the description given by this warranty. Thiswarranty is provided to and is only for the immediate customer. Proof of original purchase will berequired and provided to Glass Therapy before any resolution or services are rendered.
